Nice and simple. Got a new digital fancy rice cooker and regretted it. Rice took longer to cook, it didn't have a removable lid and was a pain to clean. Went back to this style and could not be happier. NO AUTOMATIC CUT OFF

The automatic cut off does not work. You have to continuosly check the cooker whether rice is cooked or not. And it always gets stick at the bottom if you dont turn it off at the right time.. Don't expect the cooker to cut off automatically. I have visited BAJAJ'S service centre. There are about 10 defective pieces of the same model. All having different problem. So my opinion is...DONT BUY IT.

Got a defect free product in my second attempt. Replacement of a product is smooth as ever. Overall happy with my purchase. Working as expected in my 1st try. But, when overcooked, it will lead to burning rice in the bottom. Nothing automatic here. So need manual intervention when it turns from cooking to keep warm mode. A basic product overall.

Pathetic item. Stopped working 15 minutes after trying for first time. And the aluminum coating has already shown signs of going away after not even a single full use. Unfortunately, I can't return the item as the box was opened late. Let's see what Bajaj will do. This is my worst ever purchase online.

Warranty

Waste of money .warranty of 2 years is just to make us fool.A after 6 months it stopped working .when service centre could not repair it they gave me me a replacement tag (when product cannot be repaired according to bajaj policy u can get a replacement from dealer through replacement tag provided by service centre) and amazon straightforwardly said no replacement we have nothing to do with policy of manufacturer.when amazon can sell the product of bajaj that why amazon cannot follow it's policy.

Value For money and works good

Welll u can't always demand for more but yeah.... :) Satisfied with the product. Comes up with the rice spoon , measuring cup and the main thing . The net (used to keep at the bottom for easily removing the sticked rice) . Although u may find holes made in the rice surface which you generally may not find but yeah! that does not affect the rice. Over all the product is good and great for being value for money . 1.8Ltrs :) I may suggest you to go for it. Rating it four stars cause of the holes formed and the delivery ! Well product is suggested ;)

Extremely poor quality of material

Extremely poor quality of material, bearing the mark "Made in China". It needs first heating of water for 30 minutes. Then adding rice and cooking for another 50 minutes. Total time almost 80 minutes. Whereas the replacement item of Panasonic model of same capacity & Price it took only 40 minutes to cook very good quality of cooked rice

Good to cook. I make chicken and mutton briyani in this. Smell and taste great.Negative side: heating slow. No automatic switch off. In between cooking you can check.Good for price. No fear of electric shock. Can cook for 5 to 6 adult at a time. Help full in travel.

Its easy to use but the material isn’t of a very good quality.

I got this cooker preferably to cook rice only. Its works fine and is easy to use. It turns off automatically after thr ricd is fully cooked. But it doesn’t keep the rice warm like other normal cookers do. The material of the vessel that contains the rice for cooking is not of very good quality. Its just been a week or more since I’m using this cooker. I’ve been noticing that theres the formation of crust everytime i cook rice in it. Rice sticks to the bottom more often now.

This product is really nice. my mother really likes this product. Whenever guest came to my home it was really very difficult for us to cook some delicious for them in less hours. it always takes time. But after buying this product making atleast fried rice became easy for my mother. Even the packing was very good. It was in good condition.
