The worst pulse oximeters - Choicemmed

Made the mistake of going for Choicemmed pulse oximeter. Bought Dr. Trust last year which works fine to date with no issues. Thought I will give a try with Choicemmed and also because of the next day delivery, as I needed this ASAP. Product was delivered in time, but alas, not functioning, won't switch on. Tried with a different set of batteries to no avail. Decided to return, but there was only replacement option which indicated the replacement will be delivered only after a week. Way to go!!Received the replacement after a week, boom, that was also a faulty product, won't even switch on.Bugged up and returned.

Handy and bright.

-Bought this for Manasarovar trip for my dad (to be weary of high altitude sickness)-Small Package and very handy.-You can adjust the orientation of the screen and its brightness.-Works on 2 AAA batteries which are provided along with a detachable lanyard cable,Haven't used it for long so can't comment on the battery life and it also has an auto off function.-Regarding the accuracy, I have validated it with an clinical grade machine in the operating theater, the spO2 values seen to be less by 1% or 2% but the heart rate is accurate.-Good manual, and not a cheap chinese translation to english like other ones._VALUE FOR MONEY_ where you just need a quick reading rather than continuous monitoring.

Does it's job perfectlyRemember it's power button short press for switching on and for switching off just remove from finger and leave it untouched.It's auto switch off in five seconds.If u long press the power button it will change the settings. So avoid.

Very useful product!!

I bought this about 10 days back and it is working fine. Pros: 1. Very small and can fit in pocket. 2. Comes with a neck stap. So can carry around. 3. Display very good 4. Shows Oxygen levels instantly once you place the finger in device and start the power button. 5. AAA cells, which are easily available. 6. Very good for elder people who have had problems due to oxygen levels in body suddenly going down. You can now quickly check if not feeling well. Cons: 1. Not exactly a problem, but would have helped if it would have come with a small box to carry around in travel etc.

Yellow and blue text on screen looks odd and does not make it look professional. Black color and white fonts would be better. But for this price , it is ok. Good for personal use. great product accurate and cheap

My sons suffers from SVT a form of tachy cardia when his heart beat races upto to 250 beats or more a minute.he has to be rushed to the hospital to get it in control.We use this every 2 hours to take his heart readings and have often had oppurtunity to compare with the ECG and other oximeters of medical grade available in the hospital emergency/ICU.The reading has been accurate and fast.I also have another one by a company called spure .That takes longer by 3-4 seconds to get a reading and its off by 1-2 beats compared to this product. Highly recommended at this price point.

This was purchased for my mother who also used a Cipap machine. However her O2 levels had fallen to low 80s and had to resort to O2 cylinder being made available at home at all the times - 24/7. Now this meter has saved her many a trip to get the O2 levels monitored. Simple to use, read and understand. Would highly commend this meter which is simplistic and cost effective to anyone in need of monitoring O2 levels on a daily basis.

Product not at all working after six month of purchase. I was very happy initially when bought but later regretted. I check with other pulse oximeters, there is huge variation in readings. Due to erroneous reading, my grandfather is in serious condition today. I regret the decision of buying this pulse oximeter.
