I have been using this from last one month. Delivery and installation of this product was very well in time. You would not require to call Whirlpool customer service, Amazon will itself raise the installation request as soon as it delivered. Fridge is impressive and is very good . storage space given for freezer is more than needed but recommend product of family with 3-4 members. You would not require to buy the stablizer unless there is regular voltage flutuation at your home.

This is an excellent fridge ideal for small families with enough space both in the deep freezer as well as the main compartment. Works quietly and effectively. Best part about this fridge is that it has all the essential features and none of the unnecsary bells and whistles and is thus priced perfectly. With a 3 Star energy rating it is tested to consume 253 units a year. We got this refrigerator in exchange of our old Whirlpool frost free 220 L fridge which has been serving us for the last 14 years without needing to be serviced even once. It doesn't produce any noise on idle and sounds a little when opened but as soon as the door is closed the sound gets sealed inside. Flipkart response on demo and installation is good. No warranty card is issued by the Whirlpool service man. The online invoice is only base for claiming warranty, it seems. Why latest models are not put for sale through online. I feel only stocked items put for sale online. Better go for latest models at slight high cost.

I ordered this product and size because flipkart or it's sellers wouldn't deliver the larger models to my house. a few days later after it arrives, they show that they can deliver one of the larger models 340litres. I ask for an exchange but they refuse as per their policy. this particular model is a bit too narrow. and keeping 4 items in one shelf is an issue unless small/medium sized containers are used. I will be keeping a close eye on whirlpool as it's previous product 200litre fridge single door was a dud with terrible warranty terms given.

I've purchased the product 16 days ago and the product is just what I expected. It is functioning well. Look is good. Only one thing disappointed me. That is, I purchased the product with an exchange offer against my 5 yrs old single door Electrolux refrigerator but the pick up man from Flipkart denied to pick up, showing the reason that it is filled with rust outside the body which is very funny reason as because the body is made of fiber, not of iron, and also the refrigerator is functioning well with good condition of compressor. So, do not believe on any exchange offer by Flipkart.

Booked this product during Big Billion Day. After receiving the product there is a dent on the side of the refrigerator but flipkart is saying they can't replace it however they are giving refund. But the same offer which I got during Big Billion Day can't be claimed.

As per description it was suppose to contain a orchard fresh box, which was not there. Hence i informed the executives about that, instead of providing the box i was being given a replacement which is not justified. Every service has to paid so does your courier service. Flip kart delivered the item very promptly. But the installation was too late. I had to phone several times to Flip kart and whirlpool customer care for installation. Any way after 8 days of purchase the technician came for installation.At any cost this delay should be avoided.

Thanks a lot Flipkart. At first I was really felling uncomfortable purchasing this product from Flipkart as this is my first big appliance purchase from this online Giant. Then the 15th August sale came and I purchased this product @ 20K only (without any exchange). I was still in dilemma as what will happen and whether I will get the product delivered successfully or not. But to my surprise the wish master came and delivered the product the very next day. I booked this on 10th and the product was delivered on 11th... So far so good. Now the final part about installation and demo. I was still in doubt as whe the installation will happen. I called Whirlpool customer care and they informed me that please be assured your installation will happen today itself. I was thinking as whether this must be a bluff. But to my utter surprise the Whirlpool guy came the same evening and installed the product. Fantastic experience with Flipkart and Whirlpool. I was previously planned to go for 265 L variant. But I got this deal at 20K which was very hard to resist and I went for this product. My only advice to you guys is that beware of the Whirlpool Guy. he may try to sell some unwanted items such as cover, stabilizer and some other stuff which is not needed with this product. Just go for this product and I am really in love with Flipkart and Whirlpool service. In market I don't think anybody can give this product at 20K. I hope my suggestion will help others.
